Pulp Yogurt Crunch

A sweet and crunchy topping made from almond pulp, perfect for sprinkling over porridge, yogurt, or desserts. A simple and delicious way to reuse your plant pulp from the PlantMylker.


🛒 Ingredients

• 1 filter basket almond pulp (from the PlantMylker)
• 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
• 3 tbsp cane sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
• A pinch of salt

🥄 Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan).
2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until the pulp is evenly coated with sugar and oil.
3. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 25–35 minutes, or until crispy and lightly golden. Stir halfway through to ensure even baking.
5. Let cool completely and store in an airtight container.
