A delicious, creamy iced coffee made with cookie butter and cold brew. Easily prepared in the PlantMylker – ready in just minutes!
🛒 Ingredients
(makes about 4)
• 500 ml cashew mylk
• 700 ml cold brew coffee
• 4 tbsp cookie butter (Biscoff)
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp vanilla powder
• A pinch of flaky salt
🥄 Method
1. Pour the cashew mylk and cold brew coffee into the base of the PlantMylker.
2. Add the cookie butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla to the filter basket.
3. Attach the filter basket securely and close the lid.
4. Select the cold program.
5. Serve in tall glasses over ice.
