An irresistible granola with pulp and nuts. Made from the leftovers of your plant mylk production with the PlantMylker.
π Ingredients
β’ 1 filter basket of pulp (e.g. almond or hazelnut)
β’ 120 g rolled oats
β’ 70 g roughly chopped nuts
β’ 50 g flaxseeds
β’ 50 g pumpkin seeds
β’ 50 g sunflower seeds
β’ 2 tbsp maple syrup or date syrup
β’ 1 tsp cinnamon
β’ Β½ tsp cardamom
β’ A pinch of salt
π₯ Method
1. Preheat the oven to 130Β°C (265Β°F).
2. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.
3. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 60-70 minutes, stirring occasionally, and keep a close eye to prevent burning.
5. Let the granola cool completely before transferring it to a jar or airtight container.
