A warm and silky-smooth latte made with homemade almond mylk – perfect for a slow morning or an afternoon treat. Lightly sweet, creamy, and completely plant-based. Easily made with the PlantMylker and your favorite coffee. Delicious served warm or chilled – just the way you like it.
🛒 Ingredients
- 100 g almonds
- 1–2 dates (optional)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- A pinch of salt
- Water
For the latte:
- 1 shot espresso or strong coffee
- 1 cup almond mylk (hot or cold)
🥄 Method
1. Pour water into the PlantMylker’s container.
2. Add almonds, dates, vanilla, and salt to the filter basket and press start.
3. Heat the almond mylk after preparation if you prefer it warm.
4. Brew an espresso and pour it into a cup.
5. Add the almond mylk – froth if desired for a true café-style experience.
6. Enjoy warm with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top, or chilled over ice for a refreshing twist.
