A combination of oats and almonds gives this mylk both body, creaminess, and healthy fats – without making it feel too “heavy.”
🛒 Ingredients
• 1.3 liters ice-cold water
• 40 g rolled oats (rinse briefly in cold water before use)
• 60 g almonds
• 2 pitted dates
• 1 tsp cold-pressed coconut oil
• ½ tsp vanilla powder
• A pinch of sea salt
🥄 Method
1. Quickly rinse the oats in a sieve under cold water to reduce slimy texture.
2. Place the almonds, rinsed oats, dates, vanilla, and salt into the PlantMylker’s filter basket.
3. Fill the container with ice-cold water.
4. Select the cold program and press start.
5. Once finished, pour the mylk into a bottle or glass.
6. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days. Shake before use.
