A magical and nourishing mylk with a natural blue color from blue spirulina. Made with cashews and coconut for a creamy consistency.
🛒 Ingredients
• 300 ml elderflower syrup (made using the recipe from Frk. Jensen’s Cookbook)
• 900 ml water
• 75 g cashews
• 40 g coconut flakes
• 1–2 tsp blue spirulina (adjust to desired color and taste)
• ¼ tsp vanilla
• A pinch of salt
🥄 Method
1. Pour the water and syrup into the PlantMylker’s container.
2. Place the cashews, coconut, spirulina, vanilla, and salt into the filter basket.
3. Close the lid, select the cold program, and press “start.”
4. Once the process is finished, serve immediately – chilled and refreshing.
