🛒 Ingredients
• 80 g cashews
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp instant espresso powder
• 2–3 dates
• 1 vanilla bean
• A pinch of salt
🥄 Method
1. Pour water into the PlantMylker to the MIN line.
2. Add the cashews, cocoa powder, espresso, dates, vanilla, and salt to the filter basket.
3. Select the cold program and let the PlantMylker blend everything into a silky-smooth dessert mylk.
4. Serve chilled over ice – with a shot of Kahlúa if you’d like to make it extra indulgent.
