Avocado Mylk

A creamy mylk made with avocado and spirulina. Perfect for smoothies, breakfast, or as a filling drink. Rich in B vitamins (especially B1, B2, and B3), iron, magnesium, potassium, and calcium.


🛒 Ingredients

• ½ ripe avocado
• 100 g cashews
• 35 g blueberries
• 2 dates (optional, for sweetness)
• 1 tsp green spirulina
• A pinch of salt

🥄 Method

1. Pour water into the PlantMylker’s container to the MIN line.
2. Place the avocado, cashews, blueberries, dates, spirulina, and salt into the filter basket.
3. Select the cold program.

The result is a green mylk with a hint of sweetness and a vibrant twist. Enjoy it chilled or use it as a base in smoothies.
