REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
We care about our customers and want you to have a great experience with us. We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! This means you can shop at NordicMylk risk-free to see if our products are right for you.
Should you, contrary to expectations, be dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
You can initiate your refund by using the contact form on our website. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete a return. Our team requires a copy of the order confirmation in order to process the return.
APPROVAL OF RETURNS
You lose your right of withdrawal if the item has significant signs of wear, marks or scratches and is not in the same condition and packaging (bag and cardboard box) as when you received it.
However, you can still use your purchase to see if it is something for you. Please note, however, that if you have, for example, purchased a PlanteMalker from Nordic Mylk and put it to use, we will charge a return handling and cleaning/disinfection fee of DKK 150, so that we can always ensure that it is possible to resell your PlanteMalker to a new customer and minimize waste. If you have not used the PlanteMalker, this amount will of course not be charged.
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also send you an email when your refund has been approved. If your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price to you, less any return shipping and any return handling and cleaning fees.
Please note that it typically takes 14 days from the time you send your return to us until we have received, reviewed and processed it. Once processed, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please follow the instructions you receive by email after contacting us.
You are responsible for paying the costs associated with returning the item. Remember to get tracking for the return shipment of your package. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned package.
