🛒 Ingredients
• 100 g dried soybeans (soaked before use)
• 5 pitted dates
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar
• A pinch of salt
💡 Tip: Soybeans should be soaked in water for at least 8 hours (or overnight) before use.
🥄 Method
1. Fill the PlantMylker with water.
2. Place the soaked soybeans, dates, vanilla, and salt into the filter basket. Attach and close the lid.
3. Select the hot program and press start. When the process is complete, you’ll have a freshly made, rich, and slightly nutty soy mylk, ready to enjoy.
Enjoy it hot or cold – or use it in your favorite recipes.
