This Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer is everything you love about fall in one cup – creamy, nutty, and perfectly spiced. Made in just minutes with the PlantMilker, it’s a cozy, plant-based twist for your coffee.
🛒 Ingredients
• 50 g pumpkin seeds
• 60 g cashew nuts
• 60 ml maple syrup (or to taste)
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp ground ginger
• ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
• ¼ tsp ground clove
• A small pinch of salt
• 700 ml water (in the mini jug)
🥄 Method
1. Fill the mini jug in the PlantMilker with 700 ml water.
2. Add the maple syrup directly into the water.
3. Place pumpkin seeds, cashews, vanilla, spices and salt into the filter basket.
4. Attach the lid, select the Cold program, and press start.
5. When the process is finished, you’ll have a rich, creamy, and spiced coffee creamer – with the nuttiness of pumpkin seeds and the smoothness of cashews.
